Yesterday, I completed on a property deal for a client in just four weeks from the date of first enquiry to payout.

There was a relationship breakdown with the incumbent bridging lender and they’d sent details of the property to auction, so there was no time to waste!

My client is in the hotel industry and they needed to refinance the bridge loan.

I was able to provide alternative finance through my specialist panel of lenders, worked tirelessly with solicitors on both sides and the signed deal means the property has been saved and the business can continue trading.
